I&#039;m sadden to see the state of technology isn&#039;t changing for our inner city youth which seems to fortify the theory of New Jim Crow, but I glad to see students taking their education seriously enough to stand up and speak for themselves.  For them to go to the a digital conference was genius.  Go kids!]]></description>
